Deze duurzame oplossingen worden mogelijk gemaakt door het centrale softwareplatform Nexadia^® dat het hart is voor alle integraties en ondersteunende applicaties.

Digitalisering van het zorgproces

Om het proces digitaal te ondersteunen is de integratie met je EPD systeem een belangrijk element in de complete keten. Het Nexadia^® software platform ondersteunt de mogelijkheid tot een bi-directionele communicatie met deze systemen.

Dit biedt de mogelijkheid om het voorschrift van de behandeling uit het EPD op te vragen aan het begin van de behandeling en deze vervolgens op het einde volledig digitaal te documenteren.

Deze uitgebreide bi-directionele integratie is al mogelijk gemaakt met het Diamant Systeem van Diasoft.

Het gewicht van de patiënt is een essentiële factor om de behandeling te starten. Om dit proces te digitaliseren kunnen specifieke weegschalen digitaal gekoppeld worden aan het software platform Nexadia^®.

Bij het plaatsen van de patiëntenkaart zal het gewicht geregistreerd worden binnen Nexadia^®. Daarna worden de parameters voor de behandelingen berekend.

Dialog iQ^® heeft een bi-directionele communicatie met het software platform Nexadia^®. Na het plaatsen van de patiëntenkaart in de Dialog iQ^® wordt automatisch de configuratie geladen. Dit biedt als voordeel dat er tijd bespaard wordt en minimaliseert het de mogelijkheid tot fouten bij het instellen van de behandeling.

Het Nexadia^®software platform biedt een monitoring functie. Dit kan centraal op de afdeling een overzicht geven van alle lopende behandelingen.

NEXADIA® monitor 2 as full bidirectional solution: Digital treatment protocol and automatic transfer of prescription parameters to Dialog machines. NEXADIA® monitor 2 is classified as medical device in most countries. NEXADIA® monitor is a fully specialized monitoring solution for nephrology and hemodialysis, providing a user-friendly comprehensive range of functionality for all patient care staff involved. Data generated by connected dialysis machines, analyzers and patient scales during the hemodialysis treatments is automatically transferred and saved to NEXADIA® monitor, visualizing health data for monitoring and allowing convenient editing and processing treatment data.
