Responsibilities
Internal Claim handling. Handle daily internal logistical claims within the cross-docking process. Register claims according to procedure and within agreed timelines & according to correct priorities. Assure professional and timely communication to Customer Care Department.
Complaint / Return handling. follow-up all incoming customer complaints from Customer Care. Assure qualitative and timely processing by 3rd party logistics and follow-up return shipments to different suppliers according to established procedures. Communicate all required information to internal Finance colleagues until complete closure of all return transactions.
Article Creation Process. Manage all new article creation requests for either Belgium or The Netherlands according to existing procedure. Assure correct analysis of provided requests, follow-up complete creation process and handle professional feedback to internal customers.
Consignment
- Manage annual consignment counts for all consignment contracts within organization. Provide annual counting lists & counting guidelines to Responsible Sales Representative in time. Maintain different internal documents when applicable. Follow-up counting results and assure timely and correct processing in SAP system. Participate in counting at specific pre-defined customers facility. - Handle administrative processing of existing and new consignment contracts according to internal standards.
Back-order management. Handle daily Backorder list in order to support Customer Care, Sales and Product Managers with the follow-up of the pending backorders. Provide daily tailor-made, correct information in order to enable internal Customer Care, Sales en Product Manager colleagues to communicate professionally with our customers. Follow-up different out of stock with international contact persons for the different plants.
Monthly Reporting & Invoicing
- Prepare and consolidate all required SCM data on a monthly level needed for the monthly SCM report before required deadline. Provide valuable input for further optimalisation of existing format & information. Learn how to analyse date in order to detect issues, improve daily business.
- Monthly Invoicing: conduct spot check of monthly invoices of 3rd party logistics. Report errors, unclear areas within agreed timeframes and assure follow-up for all pending invoices to the Customer Operations Manager who provides a full check.
Purchase handling. manage all different cross-divisional purchase requests according to internal quality standards.
Manage, refine, order and forecast of production orders like custom made sets
Inventory Management. take care of a precise forecast, irregular supplies, expired supplies, destroy, compare and adapt stock where applicable in consultation and agreement with finance, technical service, 3PL and Customer Operations Manager
To act diligently and according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADRs (Adversed Drug Reactions).
Reporting & continuous improvement
Handle correct, timely & professional reporting on all Supply Chain actions, issues & activities.
Maintain consistent and direct reporting line with Customer Operations Manager on a daily level. Handle and follow- up different tasks and priorities within agreed timelines.
Make sure that the SCM operations comply with B. Braun standards, local & international legislations & regulations
Engage actively to different training programs & take ownership to develop, learn and grow as a core SCM team member.

Degree in Business Administration
Minimum operational experience of 3 years within Logistics/SCM environment
