Recruitment

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process after approval of HR Director BeNe and Marketing Manager Care including:

• Keep Job Descriptions up-to-date.
• Draft Job profiles partnering with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Coordinate job posting internally (in close collaboration with the Internal Communication Coordinator) & externally.
• Pro-actively source candidates through various channels & acts as a single point of contact with possible external partners.
• Build a high-quality candidate pool: Continuously searches for potential candidates (both active and passive job seekers) and expand a high-quality candidate database using various channels.
• Screen CV’s & identify the best matches for vacancies from all applicants and present to the hiring manager.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment data.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Selection of candidates in close collaboration with hiring Manager.
• Build and maintain a relevant internal and external network for the execution of the role and knows how to leverage this network as broadly as possible
   

Onboarding

• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through first 3 months.
• Prepare onboarding schedule, materials and documentation, including introduction loop, and orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Hiring Manager) to ensure smooth onboarding logistics.
• Monitor onboarding process & responsible for closing of introduction loops.
   

HR Support
 

• Assist with HR administration and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Education/ProfessionaI experience

• HBO level Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related field or equivalent by experience  
• 2+ years of experience at an HR department within a commercial company.
• Proven experience in recruitment and/or onboarding
