The Quality Assurance Officer ensures B. Braun Medicals quality standards on product & services are met.

The Quality Assurance Officer fosters a quality culture within the organization.

The Quality Assurance Officer contributes to the positioning of B. Braun Medical as a professional, value-adding, trustworthy partner, anticipating and responding to internal & external customer needs and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Employment	Fulltime (32-40 uur)
Start date	As soon as possible

To interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards as well as environmental & health and safety goals/KPI’s
To facilitate the development, writing and implementation of procedures, workflows & templates for local processes with improvements when required
To assist the investigations on deviations or reported quality issues ensuring the identification of the correct root cause
To execute & document the process related to Field Safety Corrective Actions & Field Safety Notices
To execute & document the process of complaint handling in a timely manner.
To identify training needs & provide training within the organization & ensure company-wide compliance
To keep up to date KPI’s & Complaint handling reports in order to improve efficiency
To provide necessary reporting to Management Team
Administrative coordinator between BBMAG & BeNe regarding clinical studies according
to the global guidelines
Document administrator with regards to the quality data management system

Education/ProfessionaI experience

Minimum Bachelor degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant role

Accurate & analytical mind-set
Process minded, able to map out complexity
Flexible & problem solver attitude
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Knowledge

Professional IT literacy (SAP, Excel, MS office, database management)
Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards (ISO,VCA, ...)
Profound knowledge of medical legislation
Good understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods & tools
Excellent written and spoken Dutch & English skills, French & German are a plus
