Management Assistant

The Management Assistant provides the Management Team of all legal entities a professional organizational support enabling management members to focus on their core responsibilities.

The Management Assistant contributes to the positioning of B. Braun Medical as a professional, value-adding, trustworthy partner, anticipating and responding to customer needs.

Employment	Fulltime (32 - 40 hours)
Start date	As soon as possible

To handle & follow up independently and accurately incoming & outgoing multi-channel communication towards & from MT members, securing professional & timely action & reaction for all appointments & activities
To ensure a timely, accurate effective and efficient preparation and provision of information for meetings of management members
To proactively coordinate with internal & external stakeholders supporting MT members in their daily business
Participation &/or lead role in organization of non-commercial events
To assure adequate administrative follow up such as archiving of relevant documentation
To ensure a meticulous time management & agenda planning for dedicated management members considering all stakeholders involved
·To organize the travel (transportation and accommodation) for Management Team and external visitors in order to provide an efficient and cost-effective service to the company.
To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethical codes
To act diligently & according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of cornplaints/ADR's (Adversed Drug Reactions)

Optional Legal Support (functional role responsibility)

To provide administrative assistance to the Legal department regarding GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and compliance.
To prepare, follow-up and file legal documents and contracts into the contract management tool
To provide support with translating & adapting guidelines and/or other regulations corning from headquarters and/or an authority into a local version

Education/ProfessionaI experience

Secretary Degree
2 years of experience as Management Assistant for middle sized or large organizations
Experience in a commercial-oriented environment is a plus
