Local Process Coordinator

• Act as Local Process Coordinator for assigned core processes:
• Customer-to-Cash
• Demand-to-Delivery
• Procure-to-Pay
• Product & Service Idea-to-End of Life

As the Local Process Coordinator for the Core Processes, to be the operative local process expert. This includes: 

• To be accountable for the local design, implementation, and monitoring of business processes, data, and applications
• Enable local implementation of global processes and variants (e.g., training, project initiation)
• Coordinate local execution of strategic plans and decisions from the Functional Circle
• Ensure process quality and compliance at the local level
• Actively share expertise within the GPC/LPC network
• Ensure local process quality & compliance
   

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage process improvement projects in close collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Apply the PEM Core Principles to ensure structured project execution, realistic planning, and effective communication.
• Represent the project and project team as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of project delivery and act as a key contributor and backup to the Operational Excellence Manager in strategic initiatives., and effective communication.

Operational Excellence

• Translate OpEx techniques (e.g., VSM, Kaizen) into practical concepts for daily operations
• Facilitate workshops to drive lean awareness and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and coordinate implementation of optimization initiatives to ensure smooth transitions
• Drive Continuous Improvement in the assigned Core Processes
   

Technical Expertise

• Maintain working knowledge of core processes and related IT platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
• Stay up to date with relevant legislative and technical developments
   

Compliance
 

• In close collaboration with the Operational Excellence manager, to ensure that internal and customer related processes comply with all local and regional regulations & legislations and with the B. Braun strategy, in order to guarantee good business practices. 

Basic education and technical capacities

• Bachelor degree 

Professional experience

• Experience in the field of Operational Excellence and project leadership
• Experience in projects focused on improving and coordinating customer processes, the Customer to Cash process (and its subprocesses).
• Good knowledge of relevant value chain processes and their interlinkage
• Experience in process analysis or process engineering
• Experience in leading organizational change, delivering results and improving performance

Knowledge & understanding of:

• Relevant ERP modules. Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Relevant order to cash processes & standards

• Dutch and English. German and French are a serious plus
• Deep skills in Excel
• Lean process management
• OpEx tooling and methodologies such as Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping
• Project management methodologies
