Commercial Excellence Manager

• Responsible for planning & execution of strategic pricing, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aware, equipped & trained to systematically identify & exploit opportunities.
• To create, implement and continuously develop workflows in order to drive sales effectiveness
• To develop the organisations ability to create, test & implement new business models, driver of change
• To develop & implement a value-based pricing strategy maximizing the perceived value of our B. Braun products, services & system partnerships
• To develop & implement value propositions & business models based on market trends in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
• To develop & implement Solution Selling – make solution selling a key competence within the company, e.g. by training, coaching, tools, best practice examples, including developing key account relationships (C-Suite etc.)
• To support Government affairs strategy ensuring a unified approach to all relevant government bodies optimizing B .Brauns influence on healthcare policy
• To conduct business reviews and continuously challenge the internal business strategy in order to keep up to speed with the market evolution and secure sustainable and profitable growth; focusing on strategic partners & key accounts
• To excel as a project manager: acknowledging business opportunities, developing and coordinating project scopes and objectives, including the determination of resource requirements. Participate in these projects with Marketing, Operational Excellence, Program Manager and Management. Watching over and initiating improvement on processes
• To drive optimization, implementation and usage of CRM tooling in NL and Belgium in close collaboration with CRM Manager, and all relevant departments.
• To empower team members on their personal development, talents, securing needs & initiatives & optimising collaboration
• To optimise collaboration with other departments (in particular sales and marketing) and other BU's, initiating co-creation sessions and co-developing strategies for profitable growth.
• To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethical codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the project teams
• To act diligently & according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADR’s (Adversed Drug Reactions)

Edcuation/Professional experience

• Academic Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, medical sciences, pharma…. or similar through relevant experience
• Proven Sales Manager experience (5-10 years) within the commercial and medical sector
